Your privacy

Your scans belong to you

Here is exactly who can open your files, and what we will never do with them.

Who can see your files

You. The one care coordinator handling your case. The one specialist assigned to it.

That is the whole list. Other patients cannot see your case, other doctors cannot open it, and nobody browses files for fun. Every file sits in locked storage that needs a signed-in account with permission.

The doctor does not know your name

Before a specialist opens your case, your name and contact details are removed. They see your age, your history and your scans. This keeps the opinion about your eye and nothing else.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your medical files with advertisers, insurers or employers. A hospital gets your case only after you say yes, and only the hospital you choose.

How long we keep things

We keep your case and report so you can open them again later, which is useful if you change doctors. Ask us to delete them and we do, and we tell you when it is done.

What we ask of you

Please do not upload another person's reports without their permission, and do not send us bank details or ID documents. We never need them.

Not sure if you need surgery?

Send us your scans. A senior eye doctor who will never operate on you reads them and tells you the truth in two days.
